I never had a problem w office staff they always have been super nice and maintenance comes somewhat fast and there slowly cleaning it up they need to fix the outside lighting

I have lived here for about a year and will most likely renew my lease! Pet friendly, affordable and spacious just enough for my family of 4. The staff are great. They work with you! These apartments arenâ€™t greedy!

I just moved to Reno vista apartments and itâs a great place to live! Itâs very quiet at night and my neighbors are nice. Maintenance is pretty on top of things. Kristen in the office is my go to person. She helped me move in and always kept good communication with me. I definitely recommend taking a look and asking for her. You wonât be disappointed! ðð»ð

Great experience. Apartment was clean and ready for move in. Community has a park, and my boys absolutely love it. Really nice to feel at home here.

I have been here for just over two years. For the most part they are great apartments. But my biggest issue is there have been several maintenance requests I have put in that have never been dealt with. Everytime I ask about them I get told we will get to it. 2 of the requests were made 4 months after I moved in. Still nothing done. Been through 4 inspections since I've been here still nothing. As for the rent the price is great. If they would post payments when they are received and not a day later and cause more late fees. Please let me clarify my post. The issues I spoke of were from previous management and maintenance personnel. The current management and maintenance are amazing they have always followed through with what they have said in a timely manner.
