I have been living here for 3 years and this is the best complex I have lived in. The apartments are beautiful. The staff is super helpful, friendly and quick with anything that we need. Rent price is very reasonable. The neighborhood is nice and the grounds are kept nicely. I feel very safe here at night. The views are spectacular! Kid and animal friendly. Highly recommend living here!

I’ve lived here for 3 years now. The office staff is always nice and very professional. They also have a sweet coffee/ espresso machine, which makes it so I’m not going to star bucks daily. The maintenance crew is always on top of stuff when I need something fixed too. This is by far the best apartments I’ve lived in while in Reno.

These are probably the friendliest and helpful people Ive ever leased for. They keep the facilities clean and are always very helpful. Maintenance are always there after a report of something that needs attention. Samantha awesome office clerk, Beth the manager very friendly. UPDATE: I want to add that Samantha in the Leasing Office is the sweetest! She always takes the time to talk without feeling like you are on a time limit. This is a wonderful place to call home! The grounds are clean, the views are magnificent and the apartment homes are beautiful with plenty of room. Definitely worth checking out!

Max showed me several units and addressed my concerns clearly and concisely. Max also kept me in the loop on pricing and fees. I just moved to Reno vista apartments and it’s a great place to live! It’s very quiet at night and my neighbors are nice. Maintenance is pretty on top of things. I have been here for just over two years. For the most part they are great apartments. But my biggest issue is there have been several maintenance requests I have put in that have never been dealt with. Everytime I ask about them I get told we will get to it. 2 of the requests were made 4 months after I moved in. Still nothing done. Been through 4 inspections since I've been here still nothing. As for the rent the price is great. If they would post payments when they are received and not a day later and cause more late fees. Please let me clarify my post. The issues I spoke of were from previous management and maintenance personnel. The current management and maintenance are amazing they have always followed through with what they have said in a timely manner.

I haven't had to do the..apartment lifestyle since I was in my teens. Moved here to look after my mom. I know Reno is a current..Hotbed.Too many people,not enough housing. So, the rent goes up every year. That's the American Way. Supply and demand. For me,I've got one more year,then it's off to France.I have great neighbors.I don't mind it here at all.Ive got a killer view from my balcony. And yes it isn't a kid friendly complex.The staff has always been attentive to my needs..Can't ask for more than that.

I've lived here for only 2 months because unfortunately have to cut my lease short but I have enjoyed my short stay. I have a newly renovated 2 bed 1 bath apartment and it is so lovely! Great space for me and my kids and the neighbors have been really nice. But do be aware the building are older and you can really hear your above stairs neighbors. That is really the only con. The office ladies are so so wonderful! And I only saw one spider in the apartment. Which is awesome cause I hate bugs! So if you're looking for something quiet, and clean, with nice helpful staff, then this is the place!
