Iâve lived at this apartment complex for a while, and I can honestly say the change under the new management has been amazing. The improvements are real and visible â from communication to maintenance to the overall care for the community. I wasnât happy with how things were before, but ever since the new management and new manager stepped in, everything has gotten so much better. You can feel the difference. As for the review below, it seems like they mightâve gotten the wrong property, because my experience has been completely the opposite. Iâm grateful for the positive direction this place is going in now. Highly recommend giving this community another look â the turnaround speaks for itself

I want to say that the new management is amazing! They are getting things done and are very kind. Marlene is extremely helpful and very nice. Shantel is a go getter, things are getting done around here. They care about our community .

I have been living here for 3 years and this is the best complex I have lived in. The apartments are beautiful. The staff is super helpful, friendly and quick with anything that we need. Rent price is very reasonable. The neighborhood is nice and the grounds are kept nicely. I feel very safe here at night. The views are spectacular! Kid and animal friendly. Highly recommend living here!

Iâve lived here for 3 years now. The office staff is always nice and very professional. They also have a sweet coffee/ espresso machine, which makes it so Iâm not going to star bucks daily. The maintenance crew is always on top of stuff when I need something fixed too. This is by far the best apartments Iâve lived in while in Reno.

These are probably the friendliest and helpful people Ive ever leased for. They keep the facilities clean and are always very helpful. Maintenance are always there after a report of something that needs attention. Samantha awesome office clerk, Beth the manager very friendly. If you guys are looking for a place to rent, check this place out.
